Warranty Terms
We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use.
What is Covered:
- Manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity of the bin. This includes defects such issues with handles, lids, or fasteners that occur under normal use conditions due to poor craftsmanship or flawed materials.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or improper storage.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, breakage, minor scratches).
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or impacts.
- Any modifications or alterations made after purchase.
How to Claim Your Warranty:
If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of purchase at customerservicebinworks@gmail.com or submit the “Contact Us”
- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., your original receipt).
- Describe the issue and include photos if possible.
Upon review, if the issue is found to be a valid warranty claim, we will:
- Replace the product, or
- Offer a full refund.

The ONLY garbage bin that takes advantage of the 140 litre max imposed by the city of Ottawa. Garbage bags fit better, critter restrictive lid, two ways of fastening the lid and gravel or long country laneway friendly large wheels. No more dragging an undersize can with wheels that won’t roll.
