Warranty Terms
We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use.
What is Covered:
- Manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity of the bin. This includes defects such issues with handles, lids, or fasteners that occur under normal use conditions due to poor craftsmanship or flawed materials.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or improper storage.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, breakage, minor scratches).
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or impacts.
- Any modifications or alterations made after purchase.
How to Claim Your Warranty:
If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of purchase at customerservicebinworks@gmail.com or submit the “Contact Us”
- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., your original receipt).
- Describe the issue and include photos if possible.
Upon review, if the issue is found to be a valid warranty claim, we will:
- Replace the product, or
- Offer a full refund.

Bin is good. Seems sturdy. I added “recycling” stickers for easy identification by the garbage collector. I would suggest this as a possible option from binworks. Otherwise it would be 5 stars for sure
